1. Information we collect

When you list a SaaS: your email address, the listing details you submit (product name, URL, price, revenue/user figures, tech stack, launch date, description), and any screenshots you upload.

When you register as a buyer: your email address (which we verify via a one-time code), and any message you send to a seller through a listing.

Payment information: listing fees are processed by a third-party payment provider. We don't store your full card or bank details ourselves.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the marketplace: publishing listings, verifying buyer emails before a request can be sent, forwarding buyer requests (email and message) to the relevant seller, processing listing fees, moderating listings, and improving the Platform.

3. What we share, and with whom

A buyer's verified email and message are shared with the specific seller whose listing they contacted — that's the core function of the Platform. We share payment details with our payment processor to process the listing fee. We don't sell your personal information to third parties, and we don't publicly display seller contact info or buyer contact info outside of this request flow.

4. Data retention

We keep listing and account information for as long as your account or listing is active, and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping and fraud prevention. You can request deletion at any time (see below).

5. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailing sellmysaas.xyz@gmail.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time. Note that deleting information tied to an active listing or an in-progress buyer request may affect that listing or request.

6. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's privacy

SellMySaaS is not intended for anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from minors.

8. International users

We're based in India and may process your information there. By using the Platform, you consent to your information being processed in India and in any other country where our service providers operate.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll update the "Last updated" date above when we do.
