Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of SellMySaaS (the "Platform," "we," "us"), accessible at sellmysaas.xyz. By creating a listing, registering as a buyer, or otherwise using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Platform.
1. What SellMySaaS is
SellMySaaS is a listing platform where sellers can list a micro SaaS product for sale and buyers can browse listings and contact sellers. We are not a party to any sale, purchase, or agreement between a buyer and seller. We don't hold funds in escrow, don't broker the transaction, and don't guarantee the accuracy of any listing.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction to use the Platform. You're responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, including your email address and any details about a listing.
3. Listing fee
Sellers pay a one-time, non-recurring fee to submit a listing (currently $4.99 as a founders introductory offer, regularly $9.99; subject to change). This fee covers listing review and covers no commission on any resulting sale — we don't take a percentage if you sell your SaaS. Fee amounts and refund conditions are described in our Refund Policy.
4. Seller responsibilities
As a seller, you represent that you own or are authorized to sell the product you list, and that the information you provide (price, revenue, user count, tech stack, launch date, and any uploaded screenshots) is accurate to the best of your knowledge. Screenshots you upload as proof of revenue or traffic are self-reported and are not independently verified by us — we may do a basic review before a listing goes live, but we don't audit financials. Submitting fabricated screenshots or knowingly false information is a violation of these Terms and may result in listing removal and account termination.
5. Buyer responsibilities
As a buyer, you must verify your email address before contacting a seller. Requests you send are forwarded to the seller, who decides whether and how to respond — we don't guarantee a response. You agree not to use buyer access to spam, scrape, or harass sellers, and to do your own due diligence (including independently verifying revenue, traffic, and ownership claims) before entering any agreement with a seller.
6. Prohibited conduct
You may not use the Platform to list or seek products that are illegal, infringe on others' rights, or misrepresent ownership or performance; submit fraudulent payment, revenue, or traffic claims or screenshots; harass, spam, or impersonate another person; or attempt to circumvent our review process.
7. Moderation and removal
We review listings before they go live and may reject, remove, or suspend a listing or account at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, disposable/unverifiable contact details, or violations of these Terms.
8. No warranty
The Platform and all listings are provided "as is." We don't warrant the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any listing, and we don't guarantee that a buyer will find a listing suitable or that a seller will receive any offers. Any transaction you enter into with another user is solely between you and that user.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, SellMySaaS and its operators are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform or from any transaction between users, including losses related to inaccurate listing information.
10. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.
